What a transformation !!

What a transformation !!

As the year draws to a close, my wife and I embarked on a short yet profound spiritual sojourn to Varanasi. Two decades ago, I had encountered a different scene along the Ganges during an official visit to Renukoot a few kilometers away—extremely polluted waters . However, this recent visit revealed a transformative change—a clean and tranquil Ganges. It goes to show that when administrators are determined and passionate, any change is achievable.

This metamorphosis resonates deeply with successful digital transformation endeavors executed by our clients. In these triumphs, resolute leadership stood at the forefront, embracing a no-nonsense approach. The parallel drawn between the rejuvenated Ganges and successful digital projects underscores the vital role of committed leaders in effecting meaningful change.

The Chaos report of 2020, drawing insights from Standish Group International's extensive database of 50k projects, emphasizes the core elements contributing to the few projects(only 31%) which were successful. It emphasizes the pivotal role of a good sponsor, likening them to the soul of a project, a good team—the workhorse driving the project forward & a good place in which both the sponsor and team collaborate plays a crucial role in shaping the project's outcome. These factors, above all else, determine the success of transformative initiatives.

The past year has been a tapestry woven with ups and downs, yet the overarching trajectory seems to propel life steadily forward. One significant professional milestone was signing up of couple of big logos and on the personal side was the completion of my daughter's PHD in Japan & getting her first job.

I express my heartfelt gratitude to our customers and consultants who placed their trust in us. Your belief in Aarumbh has allowed us to partake in your personal transformational journeys, a privilege we cherish deeply.

As we bid farewell to this year, let's carry forward the lessons of perseverance, the essence of effective leadership, and the importance of believing in change. May the coming year usher in further growth, both personal and collective, and may we continue to navigate the journey of transformation with unwavering determination.
