What three things?

What three things will you do differently or better in 2023 that will have the biggest impact on your health, happiness and fulfilment, and on that of those around you?

The annual pause between Christmas and New Year is always a time for reflection and setting goals. This year it’s taken on a heightened significance.

The false starts of the last few years, and the gathering clouds of global recession, have left us wondering if the coming New Year will be any different.

With so much continued uncertainty, how can we set meaningful goals for ourselves and our businesses??

Perhaps we should focus on three simple truths:

  1. We can’t control the world around us, only how we choose to be in it.?
  2. We can’t control the outcomes, only how we choose to play the game.
  3. Our experience starts with our own mindset and how we choose to show up.

With this in mind, I’m approaching my new year resolutions for 2023 by asking myself:

What three things?can I do differently or better in the coming year, that will have the greatest positive impact on myself and those around me?”

My current list is:

  1. Start every day with a walk or exercise?
  2. Be more structured in how I use my time
  3. Focus more on quality and creativity

I’d be fascinated to know,?what are your three things?

Hhhmm - well there’s green energy rather than red energy. Green = positive and red is the opposite (to be avoided)….
