In our first post of this series, we will be defining T.I. or Tenant Installation. Most of our office spaces offer a specific rand value allocated to a tenant's fit out.
T.I. refers to the process of setting up or installing various amenities, fixtures, or systems within a rented or leased space to accommodate the specific needs of a tenant. It typically involves customising the interior of a property according to the requirements and preferences of the tenant.
Tenant installation can be highly beneficial to tenants for several reasons:
- Customization: Tenant installation allows tenants to customize the space to suit their specific requirements and preferences. Whether it's configuring the layout, adding or removing partitions, or selecting finishes and fixtures, tenants can tailor the space to meet their business needs or personal preferences.
- Increased functionality: By installing amenities and systems such as electrical outlets, lighting fixtures, plumbing fixtures, and data infrastructure, tenant installation enhances the functionality of the space. This enables tenants to operate their businesses more efficiently or enjoy a more comfortable living environment.
