We bought 15 MORE PROPERTIES In the last 18 months!?
Yes, I said it, 15! It only happened because of total dedication, hard work, God’s Grace and some enguiniety.?
At the beginning of 2020 we set a goal to buy more rental properties, create more residual income while providing a home for others.?By March, the start of the pandemic, we got cracking! While some people were worried and others binge-watched Netflix etc. etc., we kept investing.?
There were times, everything went wrong. Banks, mortgage companies, lawyers, agents and the rest, ALL went home! We were left trying to keep the transactions going somehow!!?The hardest thing for us was keeping the momentum going. In fact at one point we just said well we’re growing roots. ?? In all seriousness though, we kept pushing and pushing.?
Thankfully the building trade continued so we just carried on. We pushed through every lockdown and every new challenge that the global community was facing.
Today we look back and was so glad we…
? Didn’t do what others were doing?
? Didn’t spend money buying things that were not income-generating?
? Focused on buying and building our asset column more?
? Knew how to negotiate and communicate with lawyers, mortgage companies, builders, agents, planners and more…?
Don’t let someone else’s words, negativity or unbelief hinder nor deter you from your BIG GOAL. You owe it to yourself and your sanity!?
What are you going to do? You still have 2 months till the end of 2021!?My advice to you is to do whatever it takes to close out this year STRONG ???
