What to tell about Yourself !!!!

A very tricky question indeed , and a very common for all the interview rounds. Institutions, do train the kids to sum up all and everything they can manage within the shortest possible minutes . While in classes, they rehearse, and we all are very keen to talk about I- myself-my family-my education- my accomplishments etc.etc.

Obviously , the interviewee is you so 'I' is most important but what part of I is essential to be included is not known to present . For freshers , this question is an attempt to cover as much as possible without judging the relevance .

There are two answers which specifically the interviewers expect when they ask the question , it is on the interviewee to connect to it . What as per me is the answer of this question ? For a fresher:

1. Brief of the family background you have come from, and maintaining the body language ( as generally if a fresher is not from a well to do family they hesitate to talk about their family) in that case its very important to empower the candidate with confidence to present the same .
2. Best of your academic achievements.
3. What values and beliefs you have inherited from your family which you can implement in your job
4. Apart from academics what extra curricular activities have you been engaged to.
5. What makes you different from others - identifying these features of your character shows your confidence and self identification .

For experienced professionals , the introduction is more precise about self which is not mentioned in the resume , followed by strengths and areas which you have accomplished self thoroughly .What makes you a fit applicant for the role you have come for . When you speak about your past experiences , focus should be on how it connects to the role you have applied along with live examples
