What are the signs of YOUR growth mindset? As a discussion starter, here’s how I perceive my personality and what drives my behaviors in the context of the growth mindset. Can you relate to this? What’s your story?
# Curiosity is the key driver and value for my life and thus my perspectives, behavior and actions.
# When I play sports, I don’t really care too much about winning and losing, but I really like to improve and get better at what I do while having fun.
# Sometimes I fail. That’s ok as long as I have learned something - and don’t repeat the same mistakes.
# Learning is a life-long thing. I am always developing, always work in progress.
# I am a dog for feed-back. Give me constructive feedback, help me grow!
# The journey is as much fun and rewarding as the results.
# I keep going. Persistence is a key value for me.
# I am comfortable with the uncomfortable and I often challenge my comfort zone.
# Being recognized is nice, but I am not looking for the approval of others.
# Seeing the big picture is easy for me. I also know how to eat an elephant; it’s piece by piece.
# I don’t mind being different, unconventional and to try out new approaches.
