What are the standards and attention points of different Stone Production Process ？

Floor-to-ceiling window stone mesa and vertical panel paving standards 

1. The window cover line of the floor-to-ceiling window falls to the ground, and the stone plate is embedded between the window cover lines on both sides, and the edge mouth of the window cover line is located behind the edge mouth of the table plate at least 3mm;  

2. The stone vertical plate is embedded in the inner mouth of the platen line, and the vertical plate is 20-30mm apart from the outer mouth of the platen line (the same project standard should be consistent);  

3, wooden baseboard stop at both sides of the window line and lower than the thickness of the window line.  

Standard length and width for high window sill panels 

The extension length of the window sill surface exceeds the outer opening of the window line on both sides by 30mm, and the extension width of the window surface exceeds the thickest point of the front window line by 20mm (the extension length and width of the window surface do not include the linear width).  

Stair step outer side closing standard 

 1. The exposed side of the stepping plate is enclosed on three sides, and the flat surface of the linear bottom is polished; 

 2. The outside of the stepping slab is polished. The length of the stepping slab exceeds the finished surface of the stair side 2-5mm, and the length of the same project exceeds the standard. 

3. After the thickness of the vertical plate, the inside side of the starting line of the stepping plate is pressed; 

Each step of the same flight of stairs should be equal height. 

Standard for stone base of kitchen and bathroom door cover 

Kitchen and bathroom doors and Windows set line stone base scale and bedroom door set wooden base with the same height and width, the general height is 250mm, set line base surface width and set line with the same width, or the lateral width of the set line 5-10mm, the thickness is higher than the set line 5-10mm (the same project standard should be consistent).  

Bathtub skirt board paving standard 

The skirt facade is pressed with rectangular wireframe with stone lines, and the wireframe is in the center. The interior is generally collaged with stone mosaics. The mosaics and the wireframe are arranged equally on the upper and lower pages and on the left and right pages. 

Washing table and ambry mesa after retaining water and before dripping standard 

1, washing table water retention height is generally 100mm, cabinet table water retention height is generally 50mm; 

2, cornice line width out cabinet door 20-30mm (the same project standard should be consistent); 

3. A 4mm*4mm drain tank should be opened at the lower part of the cornice line to avoid the silt water on the table to the cabinet door.  

Wash face table and ambry mesa open hole and grinding edge standard 

 1, wash basin and wash basin hole distance back water ≥120mm, leave enough to install faucet position, and ensure the operation space of pumping and pulling support, faucet installation distance from the basin as close as possible; 

2. The opening of the basin stone under the washing table is generally less than the inner diameter of the basin mouth, and the stone grinding edge presses the inner wall of the basin mouth 5-10mm. The opening of the basin stone under the washing table is generally greater than the inner diameter of the basin mouth, and the stone grinding edge gives the inner edge of the basin mouth 3-10mm, or aligning the inner wall of the basin mouth; 

3, edge grinding process requirements: the basin under the washing table is generally round edge grinding, or French line edge;  Washing dishes under the basin generally grinding straight edge, or micro-arc round edge.  

Standard for edge grinding and installation of drinking water table 

1, drinking water table should be flanged around, and the table to maintain a 5-10mm height of the edge of the mouth;  

2, drinking water table should be purified faucet and outlet, the outlet is located in the far corner of the faucet, and the corner of the outlet of the table to keep a slight slope of 1%.  

Toilet threshold stone and shower room threshold stone and shower room ground water paving standards 

1, the toilet threshold stone paste width and the depth of the door hole is equivalent, the outside of the threshold stone and other materials on the ground level seamless, the threshold stone is higher than the toilet ground 5-10mm, the inside of the left and right sides and the toilet ground height difference should be equal, the same project threshold stone and toilet, laundry room ground height difference should be consistent;  

2. Standard for floor paving of shower room: 

1) the middle area is 8-12mm higher than the surrounding water conduction area (the same engineering standard should be consistent); 

2) In the middle area, open a circular arc guide trough according to a 100mm*100mm square for easy sanitation and cleaning; 

3) the width of the surrounding water conduction area is 105mm, leaving 1% of the water slope, to ensure the natural tracing of water. 

 Standard for eaves paving of tissue box 

The length is the same as the outer edge of the paper towel box, the width is 100mm (single tube paper towel box) /120mm (double tube paper towel box), the installation height is 30mm from the upper edge of the paper towel box, the two ends of the long edge of the table board are ground 1/4 rounded corners, and the board surface is polished at full Angle.  

General dimensions and installation standards of Roman columns 

 1. The size of the Roman column is different in different Spaces, but the proportion should be correct. The diameter of the Roman column is 1/9 to 1/10 of its height; 

2, the Roman column should be marbled column feet, wood or gypsum column is generally not directly landed;  

3, Rome column do pass decoration, can not be installed against the wall, the column foot away from the wall 60-150mm.
