What Stage Is Your Business In?
Ok I need to brag... about some people in my space...this makes me so happy! ??
?One of my students was able to generate over $25,000 in new business from my webinar script using one single presentation.
?Another one of my students was able to cut their cost to acquire a customer in half using my paid ads strategy.
?Another student doubled over their ad spend on their very first webinar. Meaning $1 in and got $2 back out.
?Another student was able to generate over $100K in annual coaching contracts using our framework.
and there is more, I know I'm forgetting some.
All of my students follow the same path based on their stage in business.
Stage 1-2: No systems, no leads coming in, no automation, no predictable way to make sales. Relying on referrals and word of mouth to stay afloat.
Stage 3-4: Some leads coming in, some systems, automation in place but leads are too expensive. Need to get leads cheaper and more profitably.
Stage 5: Converting as many leads as quickly as they are coming in with full systems, automation, and strategy in place.
They get on a strategy call with me, we set up a plan for them based on their business and then we execute based on their stage.
We set up their social media, content strategy, starting building buzz for a webinar...
...build the webinar, proving their concept with organic traffic then launch using paid traffic, tweak the copy and the funnel and it works!
When we first start, these people usually aren't rolling in the dough, have a zillion followers, or have some super power!
But they work hard!
Even though we have the information, the strategy, and the means to help people achieve their goals, I've noticed some people don't get the results that others do.
Some students take what we've got and aren't successful with it.
Why?
Well, there is a certain point where problems arise, obstacles come in their way and they freeze. ??
It's almost like they completely lost sight of their vision and their goals.
Success is bred from being able to move forward even when you don't feel like it, you don't care or you don't want to...
Here are a few tips from what I've seen from my successful students:??
1. They break down their vision down into manageable chunks ??
If you feel like your goal is overwhelming, it's probably because you haven't broken it down small enough. Turn that yearly goal into monthly, weekly and daily actions you can do.
2. They get a mentor who's already been there. ??
My biggest turning point was finding someone who had already done what I want to do and just modeling them.
I was spinning in circles and not making any progress until I found what changed everything for me.
3. Follow a proven map ??
So many people may have the grit, determination and all the passion in the world but without a proven system and map, it doesn't work.
You can be dead set on making it California for a road trip but if you don't have the right path, you'll never make it there.
4. Are disgustingly relentless ??
Once you've got your vision, a mentor and proven map, all it takes is to keep moving forward.
It took 6 business ideas for me to find one that actually landed, tens of thousands of dollars but worst, several years working through failure.
This last tip is what creates those who look like "an overnight success" and separates the mediocre from those who are truly great.
When I first started this business, I was in it for the money but then someone told me to start looking at how I could serve instead. ??
Since that point, we've been relentless about student results. ??
Each new student success story is like a rush of adrenaline!
I love it!! ??
...and the cherry on top is when afterward I get to say...
"See, I told you it would work!" ??
