The primary objective of IT staffing is to find capable candidates to fill the different job roles in the IT company.

The first stage of the hiring process known as selection in staffing involves selecting a candidate to hire from a short list of deserving applicants. In fact, selection might happen more than once during the recruitment process. The process of interviewing individuals and analyzing their skills that are necessary for a certain job, followed by the selection of the best candidate for the position is referred to as the selection process.
Training is an integral part of the IT staffing process. It is a learning process in which employees get an opportunity to develop a skill, competency and knowledge as per the job requirement. Assessment, motivation, design, delivery, and evaluation are the five interconnected steps or activities that make up an effective training process.
In simple words,the regular review of an employee's work performance and overall contribution to an organization is referred to as performance appraisal. Employees are inquisitive about their performance in the assessment and periodically compare it to other colleagues to learn how they may develop further. It helps the company in determining if an employee is productive or a burden.
