Today, let's talk about 37KW/50HP screw air compressors (6m3/min) and small-sized gas storage tanks and simple pressure vessels for daily supporting power below 37KW/50HP.

Many users do not have a deep understanding of the simple pressure vessels of gas storage tanks. Not all pressure vessels of gas storage tanks are simple pressure vessels. They belong to simple pressure vessels if they meet the conditions. What conditions must be met? Please refer to the following two points:

The first scope: the conditions that need to be met at the same time:

1. The gas storage tank container is composed of a simplified flat head, a convex head or two convex heads;

2. The working pressure of the gas storage tank is less than or equal to 1.0MPa;

3. The volume of the gas storage tank is less than or equal to 1 cubic meter. If the volume is 0.3 cubic meters or 0.6 cubic meters, the pressure of 1.3MPa is also a simple pressure vessel;

4. The medium of the gas storage tank needs to be the water vapor evaporated from air or nitrogen and medical distilled water;

5. The design temperature of the gas storage tank is greater than or equal to 0°C, and the maximum working temperature is less than or equal to 110°C;

6. Containers for indirect flame welding.

The second nameplate: Before the simple pressure vessel leaves the factory, the manufacturer needs to install the nameplate of the simple pressure vessel in the obvious position determined by the design. The nameplate must contain at least:

1. The name and serial number of the product;

2. The serial number of the manufacturing license and the name of the manufacturing unit;

3. Date of manufacture, which year and month;

4. Volume, design temperature and design pressure;

5. Recommended service life;

6. The working medium;

7. The net weight of the container. Manufacturers need to provide product qualification certificates, operating instructions, as-built drawings (copies), and inspection certificates issued by supervision and inspection agencies. These series of certificates are often referred to as quality certificates (certificates of conformity).
