What sort of photography do you do..?

Is a question I get asked a lot. I have been a pro freelancer now for almost 29 years and in that time have covered a LOT of work, subject matters, commercial, advertising, marketing and performing arts photography. Now I am very happy indeed to get a nice fat commission shooting a 300 page catalogue for products..a two week car shoot in a foreign country or a quick private jet flight over to Ireland to shoot a window manufacturing company (yes really)... ( not U2..I shot them in Sutton Coldfield!) However..the work I am LOVING doing at the moment is the aerial performing arts work with theatre / circus people..it is just so exciting to shoot, and technically quite demanding, but some of the things I am seeing defy..well a lot of things. When you see performances on the TV or even at a circus..the performers make it look so effortless..well I can say from first hand experience, shooting for a few hours in the studio the effort required is amazing and the toll it can take on the body and also mentally is quite something. This is Georgia working the straps. Have you a great client who puts in 100% to make it happen..what is it like working with them?Does it inspire you to go that extra mile?
