Adopt "CFA" approach. Be Confidence about oneself at all times, and no matter how bad the situation is going to be. Remember, bad situation is temporary in nature, like passing clouds, once the sun is out, the sky is clear once again. It's the Future-self you going to be, not the current self, so keep improving and walk out of the woods. And never doubt your Ability, that is blessed upon you, unless there is a faulty mindset.
