Following all the questions we regularly receive regarding Solid Surface, we have decided we are going to produce regular “Snippets” of information answering these questions, starting with the most obvious.

What Is Solid Surface?

Ok, I’m not going to bore you with a load of technical information about what Solid Surface is.

Quite simply, it is an advanced, composite blend of natural minerals and acrylic and/or polyester polymer dependent on the brand you select. This creates a man made, stone-hard surface, that can be manufactured into counter tops, reception desks, vanity tops and many, many, many other applications, the list of potential uses for Solid Surface is limited only by the imagination!
