3 个月What can I do if the HR Mgr is also my immediate supervisor and I am being bullied by her? The only other person above her in our organization is the COO and he won't do anything but probably try to fire me. I am trying to look for another job but it is not possible to leave the office to interview during normal.business hours. I also only get a 30 minute lunch that I can't leave the office for.

6 个月I'm going through that now and basically in my only two options are continue to be bullied and wait till he fires me or quit because if I go to the only person above him which is the CEO I'm going to get fired anyway

9 个月I was bullied by two different African females very senior in the organization and eventually I was retrenched because I spoke up even took the matter to the CCMA - but nothing really happened to the Bully as the bully was protected - How do organizations value people if its complex and HR is the bully . Toxic space are increasing more and more in the workplace because we have created buzz words like safe space but really how safe , we echo the words speak out culture but we are silenced by authority . We leave bullies in charge to disrupt innovation and creative thinking .. This is worse or in the same level of Gender Base Violence as you are abused, emotionally , physically ,intellectually . The bully must be charged for the criminal act of abuse . But companies are protecting bullies because the bully is a high Performer and shareholders value is created which is very much short live .Because if we think impact A Bully is creator of division - The organizational culture will be impacted and larger issues at hand .Never be bullied into silence. Never allow yourself to be made a victim. Speak up ! fight your fight just like David and GOLIATH
