what should we do for longly stocked order?
Recently we are facing big hassle from those who ordered hundreds thousands of e-scooters from us,the order were produced on time and ready for shipment couple months ago,but shipment were about to be arranged by buyers themselves, and they don't collect their goods more than 3months or 5months,they just make excuses to delay again and again of the shipment, what should we do for those longly stocked order?
1.give customer one month tolerance to arrange shipment once production done,if customer didn't collec them, then sold them to other customer.
2.if we sold them to other customer and not refund (cause the scooters were customized printed and configurated, also inner and outer packages were customized too),it will hard to sell to other customer cause they might not willing to accept others logo.
3.can we charge reasonable storage fee? no one can use such a huge warehouse for couple of months right?
4.we assume customer abandoned their goods and no logner needed them, then we repaint/make and sold to other customer?
5.can customer use our warehouse for several months for free? if this happened to you, what should you do?
Any good solutions offered,please share!

2 年Interesting situation. Big reason we have our suppliers help us arrange shipping. Seems to get here just fine. That's a long time to hold such a large lot. You are very patient and considerate for doing so. I would work with them, but if they can't be upfront with you about the issues they're facing and work with you to find a realistic business solution then the scooters are at your disposal. The terms of any contract agreement come first. But I don't see why a company that sounds in jeopardy, wouldn't want to liquidate some how. Better than you charging them for storage and losing out anyways. Lots of variables and factors to be considered, but in the end you can't help them if they can't be transparent about their issues with you. On that note, let me know if you decide to liquidate, we maybe interested in listing them to help with the sales. ??
