1. Handle gently, don’t bump;

2, Working temperature: 0~55℃, temperature difference≤30 degrees℃;

3. It is suggested that the water production cycle should be within 12 minutes and the backwashing time should be more than 30 seconds.

4. The backwashing pressure shall be controlled within 2.5kg.

5. The cleaning cycle is about 1~3 months, depending on the water quality. The methods are online cleaning and offline cleaning.

6. Recommended influent quality:

6.1 PH value: 6~9

6.2 COD (chemical oxygen demand) ≤ 1000mg / L

6.3 BOD (five-day biochemical oxygen demand) ≤ 300mg / L

6.4 Ammonia nitrogen (NH3-N) ≤ 60mg / L

6.5 Total phosphorus (TP) ≤ 30 mg / L

6.6 Suspension (SS) ≤ 1000 mg / L

6.7 Animal and vegetable oil (n-Hex) ≤ 50 mg / L

6.8 Mineral oil (n-Hex) ≤ 80 mg / L

The concentration of heavy metals, cyanide, phenols, oils and other substances shall be strictly controlled when the waste water enter the ceramic filtration membrane. If the waste water cannot meet above standards, corresponding pretreatment measures shall be taken.
