What should be paid attention to when connecting pipes for softening water equipment?

Demineralized water equipment is a kind of can lower the raw water hardness of water treatment equipment, its main function is to remove the calcium and magnesium ions in the water, activate water quality, antiscaling descaling, which can be widely used in steam boiler water softener, air conditioning, hot water boiler, direct-fired machine system such as make-up water softening, the demineralized water equipment necessary to pay attention to when connecting line?

Note the following when connecting pipes to soften water:

(1) The pipes connected with the water softener should use plastic pipes for water supply, and the drainage pipes should not use soft plastic pipes to prevent the deformation of pipes and affect the drainage effect.

(2) Connect the inlet and outlet water pipes according to the arrow mark of the inlet and outlet water of the control valve, and use the flow-type regeneration controller. The flowmeter must be installed at the outlet.

（3）The inlet and outlet pipe should be equipped with pressure gauge and manual valve, but also should be equipped with bypass valve, sampling valve should be installed before the outlet pipe valve. The y-type filter is generally installed after the inlet pipe valve to prevent the dirt in the pipeline from blocking the valve body and causing the normal operation of the equipment.

(4) The connection length of the drainpipe should not exceed 6M, and the bend should be reduced as far as possible. It is strictly forbidden to install the valve.

(5) The connection length of brine pipeline should not exceed 2m, and good sealing must be maintained, otherwise it will affect the regeneration effect of water softener.
