With all the advice out there about what you "should" and "shouldn't" eat, it's easy to get confused.
"Should I put butter on my baked potato?"
"Will this glass of wine derail the progress I've made all week?"
Every lunch break or dinner with friends can feel like a moral conundrum. But it doesn't have to be that way.
We've just created a visual guide to help you figure out what to eat and how often to eat it -- without giving up the foods you love.
You won't find a list of "good" or "bad" foods here. (That rarely works in the long run.)
Instead, we've placed foods on a spectrum of "eat more" to "eat some" to "eat less".
This makes it much easier for you to choose the foods that best support YOUR body and taste buds -- without the rigid rules or diet dogma.
