What should I do if the screw of the zoom lens is loose?

? Loose screws for zoom lenses are a common failure of zoom lenses, causing the lens to shake or not move. Most zoom lenses have varying degrees of shaking. A small amount of shaking of the lens is allowed. The higher the quality of the lens, the smaller the stun. If the slippage or shaking is too significant, it should be the lens screw loose.

The solution is to grasp the lens, stretch and rotate it back and forth, and test whether the slippage or shaking is too significant, and the lens should also be able to have some slippage. First, check whether the lens screws are loose.

If it is impossible to determine whether the shaking is on an average scale, then the camera can only be used again and investigated for some time. If there are loose screws in the lens, pay attention to repair them in time. Otherwise, the screws will fall off, and the moving tissue will be jammed.

The workaround is as follows:

(1) Roll the focus ring and zoom ring. If there is no effect, you can remove the rubber ferrule, and you will see some fixing screws around the zoom ring; tighten them.

(2) Another part where the screws often loosen is at the base of the lens. Many lenses are adjustable at the junction of the lens barrel, and the elliptical hole is generally used to adjust the total focusing distance. If these conditioning screws are loose, it can cause the lens to shake or the photo to go out of focus. You need to loosen the 3~4 general screws on the sleeve and remove the sleeve. In most plans, loose screws sit under the sleeve, and there may be some washers between the two tubes. Reassemble both parts and tighten the screws.
