What Was That?! ?? ??

Hope you’ve had a great week!

We survived Storm Darragh here which hit us last Friday night with 90mph winds… ?? ??

One of the scariest things was the red alert which went off on my phone! ??

My phone was on silent but it overrode it and was beeping VERY loudly. Wondered what the hell it was!!

Me and Lily ?? slept downstairs on the sofa as it was a bit quieter and I was worried about the trees outside my bedroom coming down. ??

Being by the sea and on a hill we’re used to wind here but this was something else! Carnage the next day in the garden and on the roads here with lots of fallen trees??- thankfully the fences that had literally just been put up days before stayed intact. ??

I’ve finished with Zooms now till 6 Jan and I’ve realised how much I’ve been looking forward to another mental break. December and August are my recharging months – and I love them. ??

What a Year It’s Been! Here’s a quick look back at some of the highlights from 2024:

• 58 people have gone through How to Launch and Grow a Training Business in 30 Days with weekly calls to support their journeys
• We launched our Trainer Profile Services to help trainers showcase their expertise and get more work
• Monthly Associate Work for Trainers sessions (3 per month!) from July through to November.
• The debut of my Growth Circle Mastermind, which has been an incredible space for business support.
• Our Trainer Talk community enjoyed 11 Business Clinic Sessions, along with 10 Spotlight Sessions,??6 Expert Corners, and 11 Trainer Talk Locals.
• And let’s not forget—we sent out 169 Alerts with a total of 269 individual opportunities for associate and direct client work through the Opportunity Alert Service!

In amongst all the book reading, telly watching, tea, wine, Christmas cake AND the obligatory Hotel Chocolat biscuits (no one touches my tin!) I’m sure all sorts of ideas are going to pop up.

It’s funny how if you try to sit down at your desk and force ideas and plans to come through nothing does but the minute you’re not trying to think about stuff it does! Ideas and inspiration pop up at all sorts of random times.
