Here are some important on-page SEO techniques:
Keyword Optimization: It's important to understand and use keywords that users are actually searching for in your website content. Keyword optimization includes using these keywords in important parts of your page, such as the title, headings, URL, and throughout the content.
Meta Tags: Meta tags are snippets of text that describe a page's content. They don't appear on the page itself, but in the page's HTML code. Meta tags include meta title, meta description, and meta keywords. It's important to optimize these tags to accurately represent the content of your pages.
URL Structure: The structure of your URLs should be easily understandable for search engines and humans alike. A good URL structure clearly shows the hierarchy of the information on the page. It's a good practice to include keywords in URLs.
Quality Content: Creating high-quality, original content is crucial for on-page SEO. The content needs to provide value to the user and should be updated or refreshed regularly. A well-structured content with proper heading tags, bullet points, and paragraphs makes it more readable and user-friendly.
Internal and External Linking: It's important to link to other relevant pages within your website (internal linking) and to relevant content on other websites (external linking). This helps to establish the relevance and relationship between different content and can improve your website's visibility and ranking.
Image Optimization: If you use images on your website, they should be optimized for SEO. This involves using relevant filenames, adding descriptive alt text, and ensuring that the file size is as small as possible for faster page loading.

Mobile Friendliness: More people are using mobile devices than ever before, so it's crucial that your website is mobile-friendly. This includes responsive design elements that ensure your website looks good and functions properly on any device.
Page Speed: The loading speed of your website pages affects your website's search engine ranking and user experience. There are many ways to increase page speed, including optimizing images, reducing server response time, and using a content distribution network.
Schema Markup: This is a type of microdata that makes it easier for search engines to parse and interpret the information on your webpages more effectively. It can also improve your website's listing on SERPs, with potential to improve click-through rate.
SSL/HTTPS: Securing your website with an SSL certificate (thus shifting from HTTP to HTTPS) is a ranking signal to search engines that your website is secure, which can improve your website's SERP ranking.
Remember that on-page SEO is about providing users with a high-quality, relevant, and secure experience, while making it easy for search engines to understand what your content is about.

1 年I can agree with that. And trust me, 'Pagespeed matters' is something a lot of us either tend to ignore or can't find opportunities to do so. In moments when uh feel like u can't find any more code optimization opportunities, doing these 2 things might help... 1. Check your server storage regularly. Make sure uh clean all unnecessary files(images, DB, cache, etc...) from server storage too and keep ur server storage atleast 30% free at all times. 2. If TTFB is an consistent issue at your major target market, invest in a good CDN. Making sure ur load time is consistently quick is super important to actually stand out in today's competition...
