Since September, I’ve been driving many projects, hosting webinars, and leading workshops. Each event was an occasion to discover new points of view and build new connections, all focused on helping companies with their international expansion and E-Export strategies.

Empowering French SMEs in Angers with E-Export Strategies for Stratexio Pays de la Loire
On September 5th, I led a workshop in Mauges-sur-Loire, near Angers, France, focused on helping French SMEs refine their e-export strategies. The participants learned about the digital opportunities to drive additional sales in their foreign markets.
We went through multilingual SEO, a powerful set of techniques to enhance global brand visibility and acquire qualified leads from abroad. We also highlighted the importance of benchmarks in finding the right positioning against competitors in foreign countries. Finally, we covered the importance of using local and international marketplaces to expand sales performance and connect with customers across the globe.
These explanations helped the participants identify the solutions to optimize their online presence and expand market reach while improving their international competitiveness.

A Day of Strategic Insights in Douai for Stratexio Hauts de France Nord
On September 11th, I traveled to Douai to lead another workshop on global sustainable digital strategies. The day was dedicated entirely to technical explanations and real-life examples offering participants the right tools to turn their ideas into action.
One of the highlights was the presentation of the results of individual audits assessing the digital-export readiness of each company participating in the workshop.?
These customized analyses delivered “sur-mesure” recommendations to improve their online sales performance internationally.
Topics included translation management, multilingual SEO, and benchmarking against competition in foreign countries, which enabled the participants to fine-tune the digital strategy of their international business.

Exploring the Intersection of E-Export and AI with Bpifrance
On September 18th, I had the honor of presenting at Bpifrance's Accélérateur Agroalimentaire, where I combined the fundamentals of Digital Export with the potential of Generative AI ??
We discussed the use of GenAI to enhance cross-cultural communication, which is a critical advantage for breaking into new countries. The workshop was future-focused, showcasing the synergy between cutting-edge digital innovation and successful global strategies.

Launching a New Project for the EBRD in Georgia
The month ended with an unforgettable journey to Tbilisi, Georgia. On September 23rd, I kicked off an ambitious project with the EBRD and BetterFly , an innovative digital marketing agency.
This project focuses on new business development and related marketing strategies to reinforce Betterfly's market share in Georgia. By overseeing quality and deadlines, I ensured that the project aligned with the agency's ambitious goals.
Beyond business, Tbilisi offered me stunning mountain landscapes and exquisite cuisine, making this experience unforgettable professionally and personally.
Breaking Borders with Digital & AI at Bpifrance BIG?
On October 10th, I had the pleasure of giving a Masterclass at BIG, Bpifrance Inno Génération, the key event for entrepreneurs and innovation in France, and probably in Europe, which brought together 70,000 participants and 1,000 speakers.
My masterclass focused on how companies can use digital tools and GenAI to sell internationally and bridge cultural gaps. This topic ignited insights for companies wishing to accelerate their export development.?
The @OSCI E-Export business group was on hand too to offer tailored strategies to empower companies in their global expansion. Alongside experts @RuthStockinger and @SophieZhouGoulvestre, I had the chance to meet ambitious entrepreneurs and provide them with personalized guidance for their international projects.

Propulseur EXPORT: Accelerating Global Strategies with Formatex - Organisme de formation for Bpifrance
On Nov. 26th, I spoke at the Propulseur EXPORT seminar organized by Bpifrance and Formatex, a pivotal event for start-up companies aiming to fast-track their international growth.
My session “Expanding internationally thanks to digital and AI” highlighted as usual how digital tools and artificial intelligence can boost export growth.
The workshop provided several tips about the best practices for selecting strategic partners, managing and optimizing online operations, and building multichannel export strategies.
Transforming the Jewelry Sector: Kickoff of a New EBRD Project in Kazakhstan
On November 28th, I kicked off a new international advisory project for the EBRD in Almaty, Kazakhstan, working with an ambitious company in the jewelry and accessories sector. The meeting marked the start of a new strategy to help this company launch its cross-border sales on B2C marketplaces in Europe.
Our work focused on identifying the most relevant international marketplaces, optimizing product offers, and choosing the best digital tools, such as SEO, product feeds, CRM, etc.
This kickoff is the first step towards the deployment of solutions adapted to the specific challenges of selling on European B2C marketplaces from outside the European Union and aiming for a long-term market positioning.
And next?
As we approach the end of 2024, I can’t help but think of the challenges we faced along the way. It wasn’t always easy, but together, we achieved remarkable results. For that, I want to thank everyone who participated and contributed to these events. Your work meant a lot and has made 2024 a special year for me.
The pace of change in global trade and digital innovation is mind-blowing, and I’m excited about what 2025 will bring!
