Today I’m coming to you with a warning. As of a few days ago, the FHA was providing credit score-driven loans with a middle score as low as 580. Unfortunately, to now purchase a house on a government loan, you need at least a 680 middle score. It’s also tough for us to lock in a decent mortgage rate for you right now because of everything going on due to the health crisis.
