What is REST all about?

We’ve been sharing stories about rest and why it’s important to all of us to get our fair share. We are a company that had the idea of adding this important function to hospitality, and we’re now focused on short term rentals (STR).

This idea is built on the 35 years of experience that our Founder has in the hotel industry. Tom Wein, BWB Hospitality’s Founder & Managing Partner learned at the age of 24, from one of his mentors, Rick Lobert, may he rest in peace, that nothing is more important in the hotel business than a comfortable bed and we are expanding on this idea in a big way.?

Our REST Team, a combination of experts in their respective industries have been working diligently to prepare for our First Quarter 2023 introduction/launch in downtown Cincinnati, Ohio.?REST will be an innovative, unique, different & better STR experience, rest assured!

STR has become a “crowded” market and that is where our concept of "turning strangers into friends" makes an appearance. We want to be the place you think about when you plan a visit, stay with a friend.?

Sounds great, but how to do that when you might never see the staff? Well, you won’t have to wait much longer to see and hear (think music). We will be providing the highest quality guest amenities, in modern and unique spaces with hospitality touches throughout … and of course all delivered with “World Class Service”.

REST will be in the most desirable locations and growing to new places all the time. We have stayed at our fair share of STRs, and we have been disappointed at times. We will work hard to do better by providing clean, comfortable spaces, while offering modern technologies, high-end amenities, and sleek furnishings.?A place that we would want to stay in, as we have high standards.
