What are the requirements for a driver at Fleetsimplify?

To get a vehicle from us, you need the following:

1. Valid DL
2. Valid PSV license
3. An active account on a Ride-hailing app (Note: Either Uber or Bolt. The account has to be yours).
4. Registration Fee of Ksh.1,000
5. Rental Fee for day one Ksh. 1,000
6. Deposit Ksh.5,000

Deposit Requirement

To begin your journey as a driver, you’ll need to raise Ksh.5,000 before you are given a car. This should be deposited in your wallet before you come to the office for screening.

Once you have been given a car, you’ll then make a daily contribution of Ksh.300 towards your deposit. You can access this deposit to solve work related challenges. This deposit is refundable when you return the vehicle.

Here’s how you can quickly start driving with us:

1. Download Our App(Instadriver): Your first step is to find our app in your phone’s play store and download it here.
2. Create Your Account: Once the app is installed, open it and follow the prompts to set up a new account.
3. Set Up Your Driver Profile: You’ll need to upload a few essential documents, including your Driver’s License (DL) and Public Service Vehicle (PSV) license.
4. Activate Your E-Wallet: Complete your profile by setting up an e-wallet within our app. Top up wallet with Ksh.5,000.
5. Discover Vehicles: With your profile set, you’ll gain access to view a list of vehicles available for rent.
6. Apply to Drive: Found the perfect vehicle? Great! You can apply directly through the app.
7. Visit Our Offices at Applewood Adams,7th Floor,712: To finalize the process and get a vehicle, please visit our offices at 8am — 11am. Due to high demand, we serve drivers during morning hours only. Mapema ndio best!
