I have seen people crying about how to increase the productivity of teams and team members.

If not, let me explain it to you based on my experience in a very simple way. Have you ever gone to hill areas in the rainy season?? In the rainy season? roadblocks are a common thing in hill areas. There are some? specific teams to remove the roadblocks. The team is dedicated to removing the roadblocks on a regular basis.
But based on my experience I understood there is no team forget team there is not a single person to remove the roadblocks in organizations and roadblock is a common thing and part of our life. I felt managers don’t try to clear the roadblocks instead of creating situations to block it? more. They want to keep the roadblock so that they continue to blame their team and team members to be safe.

By the way, I felt each of the above mentioned points. There is not a problem with people or teaming up with the right people. People are not right or wrong. We all are created by GOD and GOD never produces defective pieces. The automation testing system of GOD is more powerful than us.?

The problem is within us. whether we accept it or not. In my 16 years of career I never face productivity issues with my teams. I can say it? proudly because I always did things in advance.
If there is a problem, there is a solution. If you are facing any productivity issues within your team then there are solutions for that.
There are several strategies that can be employed to overcome roadblocks and increase productivity in your team and organization.
