Soaring rental costs

These days, with the rising rate of inflation and interest rates, rental costs can be expensive. Dominic Schacher mentions that asking friends or tapping into your network is the easiest place to start to circumvent paying a very high price for a rental. Your friends or family members may just know of a good deal!?

He continues by mentioning that staying abreast of the news of which new condominiums have a large number of available units can lead to a potentially good deal. So doing some research, goes a long way!?

Furthermore, many younger adults are opting for co-living which may reduce the price of the rental of an entire apartment if the rent is split up. Dominic states that it may be nice to have company as well.?

• Stay updated on the availability of new units
• Share the rental costs with housemates
