I just got back from a trip to Austin TX. And it hit me - this is exactly why I became a coach.

Sitting in a room in my business mastermind filled with some of the most incredible women in entrepreneurship.. women who used to be my biggest inspirations and my top listened to podcasts... now sitting alongside me as peers. A few years ago, I never would have imagined myself here.
