If your Maintenance Processes are not aligned then checkout the RACI Process, it is a must to ensure everyone is aligned in any or all maintenance processes from work identification to work order close out.
RACI is the one tool that aligns everyone's focus on who is Accountable, who is Responsible, who is Consulted, and who is informed.

1 年Thanks Ricky Smith CMRP, CMRT, CRL. I've found in organisations where there is a high maturity, the RACI process is well understood and utilised for its intended purpose. Where the maturity is developing, Work Accountability & Authority (WAAs) help with the clarity of roles in core work systems and specifies who has the authority to make decisions making, which is often a struggle in less mature teams.

1 年When signing maintenance and service contract, it also helps to establish the roles of party involved and also helps to lean the execution process. I feel it should be first section of a service contract document.
