What Questions Are YOU Asking? What Answers Are You Getting?

Are you completely aligned with your team? Would they say the SAME? If you're curious, try this simple test.

Two sets of TWELVE questions, one set for each of your team, one set for YOU (and/or management team).

Score each answer out of 10 to give you a total out of 120. If you and your team score within 5-10%, then great, you and your team are aligned.

This is a GREAT tool to highlight what areas to improve in your business too.

Sadly, during the current crisis, some employees and employers have not been aligned, at all...

One thing is absolute - it's a joint effort between you and your team that will see your business flourish or struggle.
