WHAT QUESTIONS WOULD YOU ASK A FORTUNE 1000 CEO ABOUT EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT?
HERE'S YOUR CHANCE!
If you could ask a Fortune 1000 CEO any question about employee engagement, what would it be? Here's your chance.
I will be interviewing GoDaddy's CEO, Scott Wagner later this week and asking him what makes a great workplace and what role does the CEO have in making it great. In 2014, the American Psychological Association’s Work and Well-Being Survey found that despite the rebound in the U.S. economy and an improving job market, nearly 1 in 4 workers say they don’t trust their employer and only about half believe their employer is open and upfront with them. These metrics aren't improving in today's economy.
My conversation with Scott was spurred by a service call I made to GoDaddy--that Scott took over while my service representative was being recognized as GoDaddy Luminary. During my fifteen minutes on the phone with Scott, it was clear that he is passionate about his company and about his employees. Once back on the phone, the service representative told me that GoDaddy is the best company he's ever worked for and that Scott's leadership is a big part of that.
I want to find out more about the man who is making great workplaces and his role in and strategy for creating great them. Please message your questions for Scott to me. I am interested in your perspective and what you would ask him--so that I can.
