What The Protesters Should Be Doing (Instead of Protesting)
In a nutshell - bring people from various sectors together to air all our grievances and come up with solutions together.
The longer we put this off, the weaker our economy will become. We're already seeing the first signs on a daily basis now:
Intel Slashes Dividend 66% to Lowest Payout in 16 Years - they have 14K employees in Israel.
Let's Fix This Together
Despite all the self-righteousness we're seeing everywhere, these are just small examples of what we're doing to ourselves. No one is doing it to us, except us. We're currently at a very timely and critical moment because it's still possible to correct this distortion.
The more our disputes get out of control and pass into foreign hands, the more trouble we'll invite on our people. Such huge trouble that no one could even imagine where it could lead to. No one wants to talk about it, or even think about it.

For Those Who Want Change
The solution is very simple: the protesters should use their funding to launch a nation-wide referendum, which ideally would be conducted in person as part of series of uplifting gatherings throughout the country.
They shouldn't expect to be any smarter before addressing the people
In the first stage of such a gathering we present the situation and gather ideas from these discussions of random people coming together, to talk about what's on their hearts. The idea is to hear from all the citizens of Israel from the South to the North.
In addition to the "referendum," which is a very important thing, we're bringing people closer together
This strategy is for people who actually want to generate a positive change in society
Ideally they would invest their time hearing the people
