The steps or markers can not be successfully achieved when information is undisclosed. Your Team members must see the vision or they will be more reluctant to comply with directives when implementing them. Creating disharmony and confusion among team members and within ‘flagged’ areas. If your team members are unclear in the overall project goals they can become resistant and sabotage the projected outcome due to lack of clarity. As a result outcomes are unsuccessful and oftentimes delayed.
