What is Project Management?
Project Management is the art to define the scope and objectives of any project to lead and accomplish the same objectives to meet the elements and expectations of the Project Charter.
However, there is a relationship between those project requirements which can give us a snapshot of what, how, and why those elements are required to accomplish the goals.
Based on the knowledge, we can briefly mention that only the triangle relationship is not so important in the project to consider the most valuable element as Cost, time, and quality rather than more specific scope, quality, cost, and time.
In furtherance to that, the project consists of many elements which comprise the project where the modern techniques of the hexagonal relationships will give a complete shape of understanding the project. The above-shown chart explains why, when, and how those requirements are aligned to make the project successful if those were taken into consideration.
There are certain basics for success in project management. As we should know that every project has different project different requirements. For example, development projects shall need to focus on quality requirements.
As already explained above, scope, quality, cost, time, resources, and risk are the six traits of project development. The scope must comprise of product and project where the product means all the thing and the project means all the work and the total scope of the project means the combination of all the things and all the work which comprises of work activities that shall need to be set up with the priorities. Subject matter expertise values the project.

As the project manager has the tedious job to handle the projects in a responsible and accountable position, they (he/she) shall be more knowledgeable based on their competency quite enough to deal with several factors where they need to focus and concentrate on the project requirements. Based on knowledge areas, the project manager shall be accountable. As subject expertise matters. For example, if we are running a hydropower project where we need an environmental expert whereas when hiring, if we hire the elementary, then it is difficult to convey the team.
