The steps for processing tombstones are:
1. Diamond disc saws and hand-drawn cutting machines are used to cut block materials and give them basic contours. When special contours are needed, diamond bead wire saws can be used.
2. Use manual small machinery to process arcs with different curvature radii, grooves on the surface of tombstones, and various shapes on the end face of tombstones, so that their contours are formed.
3. Use a hand grinder to grind large surfaces, and use manual small machinery to grind other small end faces and curved surfaces.
4. Use a hand grinder to polish large surfaces, and use manual small machinery to polish other small end faces and curved surfaces.
5. Carve the surface of the tombstone.
6. Install and inspect the product as a complete set.
7. Use foam and wooden frame to pack the products by parts, and bind the product and customer information outside the package
There are several types of stone tombstone sample styles:
1. European-style tombstone
The style of European tombstones mainly uses pure black, deep red, gray, white, and other colors of stone. We mainly choose high-quality Shanxi black stone and imported Indian red stone, which are hard, pure in texture, and has excellent processing technology. European tombstones are mainly rectangular, indicating the need for grinding and polishing. The front requires some carving, such as relief and line carving, to highlight the luxury level of the tombstone.
2. Japanese-style tombstone
The Japanese-style tombstone is also known as the Japanese-style Shouling Mausoleum. The structure of Japanese tombstones is quite complex, usually composed of many individual pieces with different shapes, such as rectangles, cones, spheres, and various prisms.
3. Chinese-style tombstone
The overall combination of Chinese-style tombstones is simpler than Japanese-style tombstones, but the surface of tombstones is often carved with complex patterns, such as line carving, sinking carving, shallow relief, high relief, round carving, etc. picture
The installation technology process of tombstones and the points to be noted

Generally speaking, tombstones are composed of several or dozens, sometimes even hundreds of accessories. Therefore, before installing the tombstone, it is necessary to have a certain understanding of the various components of the tombstone. Only after understanding each component well can a tombstone be installed in an orderly manner.
For the installation of tombstones, it should be clear that each component of each tombstone is installed from bottom to top. Before installation, the appearance quality of all component stones should be checked. It is not allowed to install tombstone stones with quality defects or damages.
It is particularly important to note that after the production and processing of tombstone components are completed, each component should be labeled to avoid missing relevant accessories before installing tombstones, affecting the construction time of tombstone installation, and wasting human resources.
The installation process of stone tombstones:
1. When installing tombstones, they should be installed according to the structural diagram and various components of the stone. The overall direction should be straight, and it is required that each tombstone should be installed on the same line as the overall tombstone area, both vertically and horizontally, so that each area is on the same horizontal plane.
2. When installing the tombstone box, the outer box should be made straight and directly proportional to the diagonal. The joint points inside the box should be connected at right angles, and concrete mortar should be used to reinforce the inner cavity box and the outer box. The overall error should be within 1 centimeter.
3. The small pillars, cloud pillars, or columns installed on the handrails on both sides of the tombstone must be made of materials with tenons and bonded with C25 cement. The verticality error must not exceed 2 millimeters, and the dimensions around the handrails must be uniform.
4. When installing monument pillars, materials with mortise joints must be used at the connection between the pillars and the box body, and C25 cement must be used for bonding. The distance between monument pillars should be specified according to the size of the tombstone’s tablet, with a uniform spacing between the top and bottom, a verticality of no more than 2 millimeters, and a uniform spacing between the left and right sides.
5. The main monument of the tombstone is installed from top to bottom through the groove of the pillar and then pointed with cement to ensure stability.
6. When installing stone pillars, materials with mortise joints must be used at the connection between the pillars and the box body, and C25 cement must be used for bonding. The distance between the pillars should be specified according to the size of the tablet, with a uniform distance between the top and bottom, and a verticality of no more than 2 millimeters. The distance between the left and right must be uniform.
7. The installation of the upper crossbeam depends on different shapes and sizes and must be made of materials with processed tombstone tenons and bonded with C25 cement. The spacing around the edges must be uniform.
8. The installation of the top of the tombstone must be bonded with C25 cement, and the spacing around it must be uniform. The verticality error should not exceed 2 millimeters.
9. Generally, if cement slope protection is required for Fuwei, it should be made of C20 diluted concrete and smoothed with the four sides of the Fuwei bottom plate, with a matte surface.
10. After the installation of the tombstone is completed, all adhesive joints should be polished, and the surrounding broken stones, garbage, and all materials used during installation should be cleaned promptly to ensure that the tombstone and its surroundings are clean and tidy.
11. 5 days after the installation of summer tombstones and 7 days after the installation of winter tombstones, the stability of the tombstones should be checked. The tombstones should be stable, perpendicular to the base, and without any looseness.
