1. Before silver and carbon ink screen printing, it is required to fully stir after opening the ink, and to stir evenly. Otherwise, in the same bottle of silver ink at different screen printing stages, the resistance value and conductivity of the imprint are different, and sometimes it can also affect the Adhesion of membrane panels.

??2. After the correct screen printing operation, the silver carbon ink must be stopped on the membrane circuit for a few minutes, so that the solvent can wet the raw material and then put it in the oven, and dry as required to ensure the adhesion to the membrane.

In order to accurately achieve the conductivity of screen printing silver ink, after printing, it is generally divided into three levels of drying, namely low temperature, medium temperature, and specified temperature, and it should be 100% dried. If the resistance value deviates from the requirements, it needs to be dried again until resistance. The value meets the requirements of the silver ink design membrane switch.

??4. The resistance value should be measured according to the resistance value Ω/□, because the circuit end resistance value does not take into account the width and thickness of the printed line, so the circuit is not the standard resistance value of silver and carbon ink.

??5. The silver ink on the screen printing is not finished this time, so it cannot be put back into the original bottle. It should be poured into a clean bottle and used again next time to ensure the service life of the silver ink in the original bottle.

??6. Screen printing silver ink and carbon ink, due to their characteristics, should choose a softer squeegee, thick film layer, thick screen, large opening, and smooth edge when screen printing. Implement the printing principle of light scraping and heavy re-inking.
