What is the problem?

???? Texas judge Dianne Hensley is in legal trouble and having to go to court because she wants to marry only opposite sex couples.1. So, what is the problem? We recognize same sex “marriage” in this country. Right?

???? The State Commission on Judicial Conduct stated: ?“She might not be impartial when it came to matters of sexual orientation.” Well, I have news for the State Commission on Judicial Conduct. Anyone who is “marrying” same-sex couples is not impartial – and not only on matters of sexual orientation.

???? Here is the problem. We are talking about worldviews. How a person views this particular issue is indicative of how they view a whole host of issues. A person that believes that two dudes or two gals can be “married,” does not have a biblical worldview. They are likely to be a Darwinist. They are likely to be pro-abortion. They are likely support the “green new deal.” They are probably not supportive of property rights. They probably believe that people can choose their own sex – and it is O.K. for a man to call himself a woman and compete in women’s sports and use woman’s locker rooms.

???? Our judicial system is being set up so that only people with a liberal, secular humanistic, post-modernistic worldview can be judges. And these judges are going to make rulings based on this worldview. And by keeping out anyone who does not have a biblical worldview by using marriage as a litmus test, this becomes self-perpetuating.??

???? Judge Jones ruled in favor of the Darwinists in the Dover trial. And as I stated in my article “Plato’s Republic Here,” Judge Jones had a great motivation for making that ruling – He was greatly honored! And despite his claims of standing up for the first amendment, his ruling was actually in line with the tenants of his own church denomination – the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America.2?

???? But before Judge Jones made the Dover ruling, he ruled that two dudes or two gals could be “married” to each other. Coincidence?? Again, this ruling was in line with the tenants of his own church denomination. The Dover case was decided before it even started when Judge Jones was selected for this case.

???? For all of you that think we should not have a person with a biblical worldview serving as a judge making decisions, I point out in my presentation “Our Nation’s Biblical Foundation,” that our nation was founded on biblical principles, and the ideas espoused in the Declaration of Independence come from the Genesis creation account.3 This is the same account that tells us “So God created mankind in his own image, in the image of God he created them; male and female he created them.” - Genesis 1:27 NLT.?
