Nice. Interesting points covered..I guess if include Business criticaliy helps all stakeholdrs to decide immdt attention to be given or not. Would be good if brief on CBA details i included Tx.

I would also recommend adding use cases exhaustively so that right set of users are identified and their requirements are not missed unintentionally
