1. Before disassembling the G-type embedded finned tube, it is necessary to measure the standard length of the plate bundle compression and make corresponding records. The next device needs to select parts according to the corresponding standards; check the sealing gasket. If it is stuck between the grooves, you can use a small screwdriver to separate it, pierce it from a relatively simple stripping position, and then complete the separation. The gasket of the G-type fin tube must not be damaged, otherwise it will affect the daily sealing effect.
2. Check whether the G-type embedded fin tube is poorly perforated. You can choose a magnifying glass or lighting inspection method; if it is found that there is foreign matter between the inlet and outlet short pipes and the channel during the inspection, the surface filter has lost power at all and needs to be cleaned immediately. Common cleaning methods are chemical cleaning and technical direct cleaning.
3. If the heat exchange plate in the G-type embedded fin tube has scarring, remember not to use a wire brush to treat it, so as not to reduce the corrosion function of the plate. If the stains and rust are obvious, you can use a decontamination powder to wash it. The water after cleaning cannot contain corrosive components such as sulfur, acid, and salt; check whether the plate of the G-type fin tube is deformed. If the degree of deformation exceeds the allowable range, it needs to be replaced.
4. The effect of the sealing gasket on the plate of the G-type embedded fin tube is extraordinary. There should be no fixed particles in the tank, such as iron slag, sand, etc. The titanium plate should not be exposed to open flames during disassembly to avoid poor oxidation.
