What to post on LinkedIn
Creating a standout LinkedIn post involves a mix of authenticity, engagement, and value.
1. Sharing Industry Insights
Tip: Share valuable insights or trends in your industry. Use data, personal experiences, or expert opinions to back up your points.
Example: "?? The future of AI in healthcare is here! Recent studies show that AI can reduce diagnostic errors by up to 50%. As a healthcare professional, I've seen firsthand how AI tools can enhance patient care. Let's embrace technology to improve outcomes! #HealthcareInnovation #AI"
Strategy: This post positions you as knowledgeable and forward-thinking, encouraging engagement from others interested in the topic.
2. Celebrating Achievements
Tip: Highlight personal or team achievements. Be humble and acknowledge those who helped you along the way.
Example: "?? Thrilled to share that our team at XYZ Corp. just won the 'Best Innovation Award' for our new product launch! Huge thanks to everyone who contributed. This wouldn't have been possible without your hard work and dedication. #TeamSuccess #Innovation"
Strategy: Celebrating achievements shows your success and gratitude, making your network more likely to engage and congratulate you.
3. Offering Career Advice
Tip: Share practical advice or lessons learned from your career journey. Be specific and actionable.
Example: "?? Career Tip: Always be open to learning. Early in my career, I took on a project outside my comfort zone. It was challenging, but it taught me invaluable skills and opened new opportunities. Don't be afraid to step out of your comfort zone! #CareerAdvice #GrowthMindset"
Strategy: Offering advice positions you as a mentor and thought leader, encouraging others to seek your guidance and share their experiences.
4. Engaging with Questions
Tip: Ask open-ended questions to spark conversation and engagement.
Example: "?? What's the biggest challenge you've faced in remote work, and how did you overcome it? For me, it was maintaining a work-life balance. Setting clear boundaries and taking regular breaks made a huge difference. #RemoteWork #WorkLifeBalance"

Strategy: Personal stories create an emotional connection with your audience, making your post more memorable and impactful.
6. Highlighting Company Culture
Tip: Showcase your company's culture and values. Use visuals to make your post more engaging.

1 个月Great suggestions, one thing I would add to your recommendations on what to post on LinkedIn is to provide context with your posts. Even if drafted by AI it should have personal story or a unique perspective. Best to avoid generalised posts, long term will negatively impact the brand. In 2025 those that take the time to share something unique and personal will stand out from the AI generated same same.
