5 年Kailash, Thanks for raising prioritization as a topic. Your talk seems to focus on talking about prioritization and criteria as one might on an exam paper. Let me add some colour and detail.? First, according to academic research, there are just 2 valid methods for prioritizing portfolios. They are called AHP and DEA. In my view, AHP is so much easier to use that it's a clear winner and that's why we built it into our product. https://blog.transparentchoice.com/project-prioritization-methods? Secondly, you talk about criteria. Anyway who wants to really understand how to identify them should watch this video. It's by a real expert - Roberto Camanho, award winning researcher and verteran of over 100 project prioritization processes - and gives concrete advice on structuring criteria and on figuring out which criteria matter for your business. https://content.transparentchoice.com/webinar-project-prioritization-criteria-0 I hope this helps add detail to this important topic. It's not really about passing an exam, it's about transforming the performance of your portfolio!
