3. Diffuse Photoelectric Sensors

Diffuse Photoelectric Sensors consist of a single unit that combines both the transmitter and receiver. The sensor emits a beam of light that is reflected off the object and back to the receiver.

When the object is present, the beam of light is scattered, and the sensor outputs a signal. Diffuse Photoelectric Sensors are ideal for detecting objects at short distances and are commonly used in applications where the sensor needs to be located close to the object being detected.
