He won't mind me saying this, but 12 weeks ago Alan felt frustrated and filled with disappointment.
'' I could buy a gym at this stage Toni, with all the money I've wasted over the years ''
For Alan getting started wasn't the problem, it was staying engaged and being consistent.
Alan would start out with the best of intentions, then BANG the wheels would fall off. Life would get busy and over time gym sessions would go from 3- 4 to 2 to 1 until he eventually stopped going.
Frustrated and disappointed Alan would tell himself '' this just doesn't work for me, I don't have the time or energy for this '' and the cycle would continue.
That's when I was adamant he should join my program The RESET Blueprint.

Being consistent and staying engaged is where most people find it hard to stay on track. Procrastination and self sabotage kick in and before you know it you're back to the start.
What I've found is that our perception of what we THINK being fit and healthy should look like gets in the way, and if we don't achieve that we believe we've failed.
Using the kaizen approach we were able to find manageable weight loss steps that fit into Alan's hectic lifestyle WITHOUT him having to starve himself, give up his favourite food or spend hours training in the gym.

In fact, he cancelled his gym membership and started to enjoy his walks and hikes again.
It was a real pleasure working with Alan and supporting him each step of the way.
On our last call, he shared in amazement;
I get it now, one size doesn't fit all and I understand what to do now when I'm putting my self under too much pressure.
He went on to tell me that business associates had noticed the changes, but not just physical ones. People were noticing that he was more upbeat, chatty, and carried around more positive energy.
I'm so proud of him and his willingness to try one more time to achieve his weight loss goals and work those changes into his busy lifestyle, he never gave up.
