PEI Ultem : The properties of this plastic are similar to those of polyarylsulfone, but it also offers significant advantages. Polyetherimides exhibit excellent creep resistance at a wide range of temperatures and stable high operating temperatures. Also exhibit very good hydrolysis resistance and dimensional stability within that range of polyetherimide characteristics.
PEI plastics have the following characteristics: Stable high operating temperature (170 degrees Celsius), Good mechanical strength,Good rigidity, Good creep resistance at all temperatures, Good dimensional stability,Excellent resistance to hydrolysis (suitable for repeated steam sterilization), Good electrical insulation, Good radiation resistance, Good chemical resistance to chlorine and alkaline/acid cleaning agent.

TECAPEIGF30 natural TECAPEIGF30 is a PEI material reinforced with 30% glass fiber. Such materials have good rigidity, extremely high mechanical strength, very good dimensional stability and high energy radiation resistance.
Application of PEI:
Because of its excellent comprehensive balance performance, PEI is effectively used in the industrial sectors such as electronics, motor and aviation, and as a metal substitute material for traditional products and cultural and daily necessities.
