PDCA stands for,Plan,Do,Check,Act.

PDCA is a four-step management method used in quality control and continuous improvement processes.
??Plan
Develop a plan to address the identified areas for improvement. Define clear objectives, set measurable goals, and establish action plans detailing the steps to be taken to achieve the desired improvements. Consider factors such as resource allocation, timelines, and potential risks.
??Do
Implement the planned changes or improvements according to the action plan. This may involve making process modifications, training employees on new procedures, or piloting new initiatives on a small scale.
??Check
Monitor and evaluate the results of the implemented changes. Collect and analyze data to assess whether the objectives were met and whether the changes had the desired impact. Compare the actual outcomes against the expected outcomes outlined in the plan.

??Act
Based on the findings from the check stage, take appropriate actions to standardize successful processes, address any deviations, and further improve performance. If the desired outcomes were achieved, integrate the changes into standard operating procedures. If not, adjust the plan, refine the processes, and continue the cycle of improvement.
For implementation of PDCA Cycle Identify Areas for Improvement first and assess current processes, products, or services to identify areas that need improvement. This could involve analyzing data, gathering feedback from customers or employees, or conducting internal audits, eg as per Schedule Q requirements in Aramco and Neom Projects in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
