What are the PCBA packaging requirements?
After PCBA production is completed, we need to transport PCBA to customers in various ways. In the process of transportation, we need to pay attention to the following requirements.
1. Packaging materials
PCBA board is relatively fragile and easy to damage the product before transportation must be carefully packed with bubble bag, pearl cotton, electrostatic bag, and vacuum bag.
2. Anti-static packaging
Static electricity will break through the chip in the PCBA board. Due to the invisible and intangible static electricity, it is easy to produce. Therefore, anti-static packaging must be adopted in the process of packaging and transportation
3. Moisture-proof packing
Before packaging, the surface of PCBA should be cleaned and dried, and sprayed with three-proof paint.
4. Shockproof package
Put the packaged PCBA board into the anti-static packaging box. When placed vertically, the PCBA board should be stacked up no more than two layers. In the middle, a stop plate should be placed to maintain stability and prevent shaking.
