PCB stencil is a widely used tool in the manufacturing process of PCB (Printed Circuit Board). It is mainly made of high-strength metal mesh with precise combination and design. This stencil is usually matched with the printed pattern of the PCB and is used to apply solder paste or printing ink on the PCB to form a circuit pattern or achieve precise placement of electronic components.
The functions of PCB stencil mainly include the following aspects:
1. Control the amount of solder paste deposited:
The holes and openings on the stencil allow the solder paste to pass through and accurately control the amount of solder paste deposited.
