People emailed me from around the world, telling me how similar they felt and sharing with me their own struggles to come to terms with vulnerability.
A doctor from Turkey told me she had tears in her eyes, reading my words about living 'your authentic self'.
She said it described exactly what she had been trying to do and how committed she now feels to living her life according to the values that really matter to her.

There are so many more stories I could share with you, but I will save that for the next blog. :)

What I learned was the value of sharing my own experience and that as humans, we are so more connected and alike than we realise!

HI Soph. I wish more humans would realise this. The cousins we share the planet with have a greater understanding of all that is great on our planet; human animals have but that balance way out of kilter. You by the way are looking fab. as usual. Hope we can catch up again soon.
