What Over 70% Of Your Performance Comes Down To...

Mindset is more than 70%.

As an entrepreneur, every day we are making important decisions. Many times what determines a healthy decision or an un-healthy decision, is your mindset.

We have heard a lot about the 70-20-10 mindset rule, and it is a good principle to remember as a business owner.

That means it is just as important to manage your mindset as it is to manage your money and organize your resources:

  • 70% of your performance is based on your mindset.
  • 20% of your performance is deadline-related.
  • 10% of your performance is related to your effort and expertise.

I urge everyone who is deciding to step into this realm to learn, learn, learn, implement, implement, implement, apply, apply, apply, before you try to teach and preach. Keep up the great intentions and choose to make great moments. #performancemindset #mindfulness #youthinkhowyouconsume #sleepquality #energymanagment #vagusnerve

Movement, gut health, sleep quality, amongst other variables are among the critical reasons many people are struggling meeting their life and work performance metrics. That, in combination with the overarching life stressors that we engaged in everyday, will hinder your approach. These are variables that can no longer be ignored. The great thing about this work is you can't fake it. Our body and behavioral manifestations throughout the day are a direct reflection of our lifestyle choices and our mindset. (see first sentence). Once leadership teams within organizations truly understand this relationship, then maybe we will see some change in perspectives. Everyone ended up getting caught up in the game. On one side of the coin, everyone focuses on the mind but not their body. The other side of the coin focuses on the body but not the mind. That was by design(school trajectory, etc). Now here we are. Being a professional athlete and psychologist, who specializes in this construct and relationship, the bridge between mind/body Kinect is being built.
