What is the outlet pressure of onsite nitrogen generator

The outlet pressure of the PSA nitrogen generator can generally be 0.5Mpa ~1.0Mpa
Nitrogen pressure is generally affected by the following two factors:
The upper pressure limit that the adsorbent of the pressure swing adsorption nitrogen generator can withstand is 1.0Mpa, and the best adsorption effect is when the working pressure is 0.8Mpa. This factor causes the pressure at the outlet of the nitrogen generator to not exceed 1.0Mpa. Excessive pressure will seriously damage the life of the carbon molecular sieve, resulting in the pulverization of the molecular sieve.
2. Working pressure of air compressor
Generally, the PSA online nitrogen making equipment requires the normal working pressure of the air compressor to be 0.8Mpa~1.2Mpa. Since the general compressed air needs to be filtered and dried, it will cause pressure loss. Generally, there will be a pressure loss of about 0.2Mpa at the outlet of the nitrogen making machine, resulting in The final outlet pressure can only reach 0.6Mpa~1.0Mpa.
If the customer requires a pressure lower than 0.6Mpa, an additional pressure reducing valve is required to achieve a lower pressure such as 0.15Mpa.
Note: Due to the objective existence of equipment pressure loss, the outlet pressure of the nitrogen generator must be lower than the outlet pressure of the air compressor. For example, an air compressor with a working pressure of 0.8Mpa will not produce nitrogen gas of 0.85Mpa.
